early childhood educator

Legacy Childcare in Slave Lake, Alberta is looking for full-time Childcare Workers. Applicants with a minimum of level two certification are preferred but we are willing to train the right person. Shifts will be 7.5 hours, Monday-Friday, between the hours of 6:30 am and 6:15 pm, a successful candidate would be able to work any shift within these hours. As we offer a learning through play based program, candidates must be willing to participate in children’s play to facilitate learning, which consists of sitting on the floor actively participating in play and going outside daily. We are looking for individuals who can easily take direction, work well as part of a team and are willing to take part in various training opportunities relevant to the position.
